Barcelona attacking midfielder and captain of Belarus Alexander Hleb has criticised Barcelona coach for not having faith in him.
"why does Guardiola makes substitutions so late when the team is winning 3-0 or 4-0?? the manager doesn't give every player a chance to impress him."
He also said that Henry convinced him to stay until December and if he doesn't get a chance he should then consider leaving.
He said that he will give the coach one last chance or he will leave at the end of the year
"If December arrives and i get no real chances I will then pack my bags and leave."
