Barcelona set Gudjohnsen price

Barcelona has put a price tag on Gudjohnsen's head and it stands out as 5.2 million euros.

West Ham and many other English and European clubs are interested in the player, and if anyone wants him they will have to match Barca's asking price.

Inter Milan interested in Hleb

Inter Milan are preparing a bid for Barcelona attacking midfielder Alexander Hleb.

Last season Alexander Hleb didnot have a big part in Barcelona treble and Inter Milan thinks he will have a bigger chance of playing.

Official: Maxwell first transfer

Barcelona's has at last signed the first player and that is Maxwell from Inter Milan on a fee of 4.5 million euros on a five year contract.

4.5 million euros +o.5 incentives with a five-year contract, the player will turn 28 next month and his Inter contract runs out next year.

Sport claims that Barcelona will officially announce Inter left-back Maxwell will move to Barcelona in the coming hours.

Hleb criticises Guardiola

Barcelona attacking midfielder and captain of Belarus Alexander Hleb has criticised Barcelona coach for not having faith in him.

Keirrison + cash for Forlan

After waisting along time waiting for the outcome of Villa's situation Barcelona are now moving to Atletico Madrid Striker and Pichichi of last season Diego Forlan.

Atletico Madrid made it clear to Barcelona that he will only leave if the pay the 36million buy-out clause.

But Barca has other plans and that is adding Keirrison to to the deal to lower the fee. Keirrison is a player Atletico were interested in before and it could help the deal by adding him to it.

Gai first choice if no new Left-Winger arrives

Guardiola has told Txiki that if he couldn't secure the signing of any left sided player he will use Gai as the back-up player for that position.

Gai should receive his Spanish passport in the coming days and until now he cannot participate with the first team other than the pre-season because he is counted as a foreign player.
