Barcelona will play there first pre-season matches at London versus Totenham and Al-Ahly at the Wembly Stadium. Barcelona will be without 7 first team players (Puyol-Pique-Busquets-Xavi-Alves) for the Confederations Cup. Bojan because uefa championship in Sweden and Messi for extra rest.
Pep Guardiola will give the youngsters a chance to impress him in the Wembly Cup. The six players he will most probably call-up are Jonathan dos Santos (attacking midfielder) Rochina (center forward) Botia (Central defender) Oier (GK) Ruben Mino (GK) Fontas (Midfielder).
Therefore Barca Atletic will cancel the Ireland trip and postpone the trip to Montoya. Pep may promote some youngsters for the coming season if they play well just like he did with (Busquets/Pedrito/Victor Sanchez).
